G is for Graffiti Gladiator
This piece merges the raw energy of Melbourne’s street art with the fierce spirit of a modern gladiator. Standing strong and unapologetic, the gladiator’s helmet and armour are completely covered in layered graffiti—bursts of colour, chaotic tags and expressive marks inspired by the laneways of Melbourne.
Hidden throughout the artwork are the words 'i love you' woven into the graffiti like quiet declarations of strength and softness. The word 'love' appears 43 times a personal celebration of my 43 years on this earth and a reminder that every year attending earth school , every challenge faced, is an act of love in itself.
This Gladiator is both warrior and canvas—an embodiment of resilience, creativity and the beautiful messiness of being alive.
